My experience developing and delivering the full spectrum of strategic events (small groups through to major global meetings with nearly 20K in attendance) has led me to create a proven framework that I share, teach, and coach around.
Since strategic events aren’t created in a vacuum, the coaching engagement includes a variety of development areas: leadership principles, communicating across the organization, building consensus, setting KPIs, managing difficult conversations, motivating employees, stakeholder engagement principles, presentation skills, vendor selection and management, and budgeting.
